New Client FAQ

  • Our passion is utilizing the powerful benefits of EMDR & IFS-Informed EMDR with clients who are ready to live without anxiety, depression, dissociation, phobias, addiction, and post-traumatic stress. As a client with our therapists, you will receive your own, client-centered therapeutic process.

Our approach is relational, and integrates what we know about neurobiology, parts, and attachment in order to alleviate anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms. We believe in clinical excellence and the power of relationship to heal.

We will choose a mix of techniques and frameworks that are most beneficial for you.

Have a therapist already? We offer adjunctive EMDR which can help you get unstuck and provide relief to clients when used in conjunction with their regular therapist.

Please note that we only offer services for clients physically in the states of Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and Colorado.

If you do not live in one of these states, we can assess for fit for an intensive and arrange for you to travel to Pennsylvania for your services.
